Managing at Yale, however, is more than a training curriculum--it sets in motion the fundamentals needed to help transform Yale's culture. Through interactive and engaging presentations and real-life scenarios, Yale managers learn about labor relations, diversity and inclusiveness, and much more.

About Organizational Effectiveness
The Organizational Effectiveness department is responsible for developing University wide systems, programs, tools and practices that will help Yale attract, retain and develop the very best people. The courses developed by the O.E. group are targeted to support the important role managers play in creating culture, and provide managers and leaders of staff at every level with state of the art content to help us achieve the University’s goals of being a high performance organization and best place to work for all employees.
