Here is how to
register for the conference.
1. Download the registration
form.
2. Mail or Fax the form with your form of payment.
3. Contact us if you have any questions!
Participation is limited. Registrations are accepted
on a first-come, first-served basis and early
registration is recommended. Full payment by check
or purchase order must accompany the registration
form. You will receive email notification of acceptance,
so an email must be listed on the registration
form if you would like confirmation.
Cancelled registrations will be subject to a
$50 processing fee and must be received in writing
and faxed to 501.745.6611. Substitutions are allowed.
No refunds after July 1, 2012.
