All students (graduate and undergraduate) living on-campus will be required to fill out a Census form on April 6, 2010.

Undergraduate students living on campus - your College Master or Dean will advise you in the coming weeks where you need to pick up your form.

Graduate students living on campus - Graduate Housing will be distributing forms in the lobby of your dormitory.

Yale faculty, staff, and students living off-campus will also be required to fill out a form at your residence in March. You should receive it in the mail shortly.
