A major component of the remote sensing course Observing Earth From Space is an individual course project. Students are encouraged to select projects that will supplement their existing research. Alternatively projects can be fashioned around topics or regions of the world that the students have a particular knowledge or interest. As such, these projects cover many places, subjects and time spans.
