All-You-Can-Eat Benefit Dinner

Please join us for an all-you-can-eat hot pot dinner at Great Wall Restaurant on the day of the YHHAP Fast, Friday, February 26, 2010. Great Wall has generously agreed to donate 20% of the cost of every meal to China Care, and every table that orders more than $15 worth of food will get free bubble teas!

We encourage everyone to come. Bring your friends! All you have to do is print out our coupon and present it to your server when you get there. The coupon is good for the entire day on February 26, so come whenever is most convenient for you. Note: you must order the hot pot dinner in order to benefit China Care.

Please join us for an all-you-can-eat hot pot dinner at Great Wall Restaurant on the day of the YHHAP Fast, Friday, October 30, 2009. Great Wall has generously agreed to host the dinner at their regular price of $20 per person, but will give a free bubble tea to everyone that China Care sends. In addition, $5 of every hot pot meal will be donated directly to the China Care Foundation.

Qian Qian Lecture Event and Fundraiser

Qian Qian is a graphic artist and advertising creative director based in New York City. One of the "20 under 30 New Visual Artists" by Print magazine, he has worked with such clients as Nike, Panasonic, Coca-Cola, and Motorola. He is profiled at apple.com as one of its creative pros. He has a Masters degree in digital media design from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and had taught graphic design at Missouri State University, USA. In 2005, He initiated and curated Get It Louder, a ground-breaking design exhibition in China's Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Qian Qian will give a lecture on the importance and power of pure instinct and irrationality in creativity. The event will take place at the Graphic Design Atrium at Green Hall (1156 Chapel Street) on Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Prints of his artwork will be available at the event and given to those who donate to the China Care Foundation, a national non-profit organization that is helping special needs Chinese orphans and empowering youth through direct humanitarian service.
