The Directorate of Strategy and Planning Strategy Director Jack Hanley Planning Director George Lai The Directorate of Strategy and Planning works on planning and implementation of all events of the CHOY International Relations Council at Yale. Working closely with all other directorates of the Council, this directorate provides the Executive Board with both the long-term vision for the Council's growth and short-term logistical support for the Council's annual and monthly events.
