Dear Theo – Guidelines for Submission
-All letters must be submitted to the email account, dear.theo@yale.edu. Letters themselves must be sent from a registered Yale email account.
-Respectful language is required for the publication of any letter.
-Dear Theo requests that all authors sign their letters. There may be occasions where an anonymous letter is appropriate. Please indicate when you submit your letter if you desire anonymity. That request will be taken into consideration promptly and authors will be notified before publication as to whether or not it may be published as if.
-Submissions must be received by 5PM on Sunday for that week’s publication.
-Images and artwork may not be submitted to Dear Theo.
-Authors may submit one letter per week.
-Dear Theo reserves editorial control over the number and order of letters published per week.
-Guidelines are open to change as Dear Theo develops throughout the school year.
