 Directions
 
 The Digital Media Center for the Arts is
 located at 149 York Street, 1/2 block
 south of Chapel St. next to the Yale
 Repertory Theater.
 
 From the Wilber Cross Parkway
 
 - Take Exit 57 to Rt. 34 east, continue
 for 5 miles to the fork of Derby Ave. and
 George St.
 - Bear right onto George St. and continue
 about 8 blocks to York St.
 - Turn left onto York St.
 - Travel one block on York.
 - The DMCA is located on the right side of
 the street at 149 York Street.
 - Ring DMCA buzzer to the right of door.
 
 From I-95
 
 - Take Exit 47 to Rt. 34 Downtown New
 Haven. (Exit 47 is a left exit if
 travelling from the south, right exit if
 travelling from the north.)
 - Take Exit 3 (the last exit) onto
 Frontage Road.
 - Take the first right at the light onto
 York Street.
 - Go two blocks.
 - The DMCA is on the right at 149 York
 Street.
 - Ring DMCA buzzer to the right of door.
 
 From I-91
 
 - Take Exit 1 to Rt. 34 Downtown New
 Haven. - Take Exit 3 (the last exit) onto
 Frontage Road.
 - Take the first right at the light onto
 York Street.
 - Go two blocks.
 - The DMCA is on the right at 149 York
 Street.
 - Ring DMCA buzzer to the right of door.
 
 Parking
 
 Public parking is available in two
 locations. The Chapel-York garage is
 across the street from the DMCA and a
 ground lot with an attendant is on the
 right, just past the Center. The daily
 average cost is about $7.00.
 
 Trains
 
 Metro North Trains run regularly between
 Grand Central Station and New Haven. Cab
 fare from the train station to the DMCA
 at 149 York Street is about $5.00.
 

 Access
 
 To get card key access to the DMCA you
 need to complete an Application. Forms are available
 at the DMCA information table in the
 lobby or online. A valid Yale ID is
 required.
 
 Access to the workstations in the NT lab,
 Studio A and the lobby is limited to
 users within Yale Arts Departments and
 Institutes who have submitted this
 application. See further information and
 separate applications to access Studios B
 and C and to reserve a Classroom.
 
 Non-member students who are enrolled in
 Arts Department courses and who require
 the use of DMCA equipment for their
 coursework may apply to use the facility
 by obtaining a signature from the
 instructor on their application form.
 
 Card-key access to the main facility
 
 Once your access has been authorized,
 entrances to the building, the NT
 classroom and Studio A will open with
 your Yale ID during our posted operating
 hours.
 
 Do not prop the doors to any of the labs
 open during the evening hours. Security
 services will be alerted if the doors are
 left open and campus police will arrive
 to investigate.
 
 Non-arts individuals may not have access
 to this facility. DMCA resources are
 limited and restricted to legitimate
 users. A number of facilities on campus
 are provided for other members of the
 Yale community.
 
Class Schedules and Presentations are
 posted weekly on the Lab Doors. During
 posted class times, labs are open only to
 students in the scheduled class.
