Who is required to attend Chemical Safety training?
Can chemical containers be stored on shelves above a bench?

Is there a limit on the quantity of chemicals which can be stored in the laboratory at one time?
Certain high hazard chemicals have inventory and handling restrictions; consult the "Chemical Hygiene Plan." As a general rule EHS recommends maintaining an inventory of chemicals on a need basis. It may be cost effective to order in bulk, however, it will contribute to a lack of storage space and increase the hazard risk within the lab.
