Workplace and Office Ergonomics

By understanding basic ergonomics and its interaction with your job, you can help prevent injuries to yourself, work more efficiently and comfortably, and promote your long-term health.

If your job requires frequent or heavy manual lifting or if you need information on the setup of a workstation and the prevention of repetitive motion injuries, review the "Ergonomics @ Yale" website.

Once you have reviewed the information contained within the site, you can fulfill your training requirement by completing the ergonomics quiz located at: http://learn.yale.edu/oehs/ergo/

For additional information or questions on your training, please contact EHS at safetytraining@yale.edu.
