Ergonomics Training


By understanding basic ergonomics and its interaction with your job, you can help prevent injuries to yourself, work more efficiently and comfortable, and promote your long-term health.

After reviewing the information provided in the sections listed above (i.e. Awkward Position, Extreme Temp Work, Material Handling, Repetitive Motion, Vibrations and Workstation Ergonomics), you may complete the ergonomics training quiz located at: http://learn.yale.edu/oehs/ergo/.

Upon successfully completing the training and subsequent quiz on ergonomic basics, your results will be uploaded into Yale’s Training Management System (TMS).
