October 12 -15, 2008 | Cambridge Common Word Conference. Cambridge University hosted a Common Word workshop, with speakers including the Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams and the Grand Mufti of Egypt Ali Gomaa. The conference took place at Lambeth Palace and at Jesus College, Cambridge. Professor Miroslav Volf participated in the conference, delivering a presentation on the topic of “The Impact of a Common Word: A Year On.” Conference communiqué.
