University Wide ITS Proposals

Phil Long, Director of ITS and University Information Officer, leads an annual process to assess system-related needs, prepare succinct project proposals, prioritize those proposals and present a recommendation to University leadership. The input of distributed users is critical to the success of this prioritization process. The DUCs attend the meeting where sponsors present their proposals. The DUCs then prioritize the proposals from a distributed user’s perspective.
