PUBLIC INTEREST CAREER FAIR
Please note that this year's Public Interest Career Fair is open to graduate students as well as to undergraduates. For those of you interested in learning more about career opportunities with a a variety of public service organizations, this is a good opportunity to gather a lot of information in one place, at one time.
The Public Interest Career Fair at Yale is a joint collaboration between Dwight Hall at Yale and Yale's Undergraduate Career Services. This annual event targets students interested in pursuing careers in public service fields. One of Dwight Hall's goals, as the center for Public Service and Social Justice, is to facilitate and nurture thoughts about careers that address the needs of the public. This year's fair will be held at Dwight Hall at Yale and will take the format of an open house and a forum.
Various non-profit organizations from the local and surrounding areas will be invited to present and display recruitment materials to the student body. In keeping with the mission of education and leadership, the fair will provide a forum for discussing public service careers. There will be a series of panels on eight topics:
