Esplanade
Esplanade is a terraced apartment complex consisting of five buildings situated on a hill adjacent to the Mansfield Apartments. This complex includes efficiency, one, two and three bedroom units. With the exception of a few units that have eat-in kitchens, all apartments have dining areas between the kitchen and living room. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator and gas stove. Special features include oak hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living areas with linoleum tile flooring in the newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms. Each apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit. All apartments have mini blinds on the windows. There is one two-bedroom handicapped accessible apartment. Heat, hot water and wireless service are included in the monthly rent charge. Facilities include laundry rooms and storage rooms in the basement of each building. There are picnic tables and patios equipped with grills for warm weather activities. Off-street parking is available for one car.
A furnished Community Room equipped with TV, VCR/DVD is located in the rear of the A Building. This space is available to Esplanade residents for parties, playgroups, study groups or movie night.
A Residence Life Coordinator, Preschool Programming Coordinator, an Arts & Crafts Children and Adults programs Coordinators compliment the community atmosphere by planning social events and activities throughout the year. Located within a desirable school district that is within walking distance, this complex is favored by families with school age children.
