Yale’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences offers doctoral degrees in the Humanities, the Social Sciences, the Biological Sciences, and the Physical Sciences and Engineering. It also offers a number of terminal master's degree programs. The Graduate School encourages prospective students to increase their understanding of the nature of doctoral education through consultation with faculty, graduate students and various web-based resources.
