Documents required from Subrecipients (other institutions) when Yale University is the lead institution submitting a proposal that includes subcontracts to other institutions:
Yale will be transferring funds to another institution via a subcontract agreement to allow their PI to perform a unique portion of the funded research project.
Documents required from the Yale principal investigator when Yale is the subrecipient on a proposal being submitted by another institution:
Yale will be receiving funds from another institution to allow the Yale PI to perform a portion of the funded research awarded to the lead institution.
