*Civil Union Rate calculation: The civil union rate is deducted on a post-tax basis. Yale provides a subsidy for the partner benefit equal to or less than the full cost of the single rate. Example: Aetna single rate is $610.00 for employee, Yale subsidy for partner is $610.00-$528.00, therefore cost for partner benefit is $82.00.
Yale Health Plan Dependents
You may insure dependent children who are full-time students from 19-25 years old on the Yale Health Plan's Student Plan. Please note: children ages 19-25 enrolled in the Aetna plan do not require an additional monthly premium.

CIGNA DMO
CIGNA DMO will continue to be available only to employees currently enrolled. New enrollment will not be allowed, however Delta Dental will be available as an option for those in the CIGNA DMO plan.
