Department of Motor Vehicles Verification Letters

International students and scholars applying for a CT driver's license must obtain a status-verification letter from the OISS prior to going to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for an appointment. The DMV will only accept verification letters written by an authorized OISS staff member.
