C&T Salary Structure
The C&T Salary Structure Chart is for positions represented by Local 34 as well as positions excluded from the bargaining unit.
All C&T positions are assigned to one of five grades, A through E. Criteria used in establishing a salary offer on a step include:
- Relevant education, experience and departmental equity.
- Exceptions to the above are made for identified market-sensitive positions and on rare occasion for other circumstances.
- The wage structure is adjusted annually.
- Staff members are eligible for contractual increases.
Based on the current Yale University-Local 34, FUE, Unite Here contract, the hourly rates in effect as of January 16, 2011, are posted below and are based on a 37.5 hour work week:
