Twenty-five year honorees receive a Seiko gold-plated watch which comes in both ladies’ and men’s styles. Honorees celebrating 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service are free to choose a gift from a list provided. Click here to see a sample listing of some of the 2006-2007 gifts.

Long-Service Recognition Video and Yearbook
How does an honoree find out about getting a picture taken for the Long-Service Video and Yearbook?
Internal Communications contacts each honoree via email, or snail mail to a home address, to congratulate him/her on his/her career milestone. The letter also lets the honorees know that a photographer will be calling them to set up an appointment.
How will the photograph be used?
The photograph of each honoree will be used in color in the video and in black and white in the yearbook. The photos are the property of Yale and will not be used in any other manner nor referred to any third party.
Can I get a copy of my photo?
We are unable to provide you with copies of your photos due to the high production demands of the Long-Service event. The yearbook is posted to the website; and you will receive a copy of the DVD video presentation. Candid photos of the event are taken and posted to the website after the dinner. You will be notified by your business manager or administrator since he/she receives an email communication in July regarding the Long-Service honorees.
You will then get an email around August 7 informing you once again who your honorees are and requesting that you fill out an online questionnaire for each by a designated deadline. The questionnaire is a vital piece of information from which an honoree’s biography is crafted.
