Reimbursement submissions due by May 1, 2007!

For student groups who had expenses for materials used at/for their booths, please submit your itemized receipts along with the reimbursement request form (for PDF version, click here)to Warrena Wilkinson at the International Center, 421 Temple Street by May 1, 2007.  See details below for expenditure guidelines.

“Growing & Learning Together”

Each student group will be provided with a table for an interactive and informative exhibit. There will also be performances, demonstrations and workshops held throughout the day, should your group be interested in performing as well.  

Please take into consideration when planning your booth display or activity that the OISS will be offering some in-kind support by way of photocopying and up to $50 for booth/activity materials (by way of reimbursement, so save your receipts; this money is to go strictly to material costs for your booth – no capital items for your group may be purchased with this money).  Please feel free to contact warrena.wilkinson@yale.edu if you have any questions or concerns.
