Calendar of Events and Deadlines
- The Early Fall Competition is for study next term (Spring 2012) only. The Late Fall Competition is for study in Summer '12, Fall '12, and the 2012-13 Academic Year.
- Attendance at one of the eight information meetings is a competition requirement. A meeting must be attended prior to the application deadline for the competition.
- All applicants, even previous winners, must attend an information meeting in the current application year to become eligible to apply.
- Attending an information meeting is a prerequisite for scheduling an advising appointment.
- Deadlines will be strictly enforced in order to ensure a fair and manageable application process.

| SCHEDULE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION MEETINGS FOR APPLICANTS |
|
Applicants are REQUIRED to attend only one information meeting for any given competition, as all meetings present the same content. However, as information changes from year to year, every applicant, regardless of having attended a meeting for a previous competition, must attend a meeting for the current competition.
The Early Fall Competition is for study next term (Spring 2012) only. Early Fall Competition applicants must attend one of the first two meetings. The Late Fall Competition is for study in Summer '12, Fall '12, and the 2012-13 Academic Year. Late Fall Competition applicants must attend one of the eight meetings listed below. The last meeting is on December 1; there will be no more meetings after this date (there are no information meetings in the spring).
Students who are unable to attend the entire meeting should choose another date as credit for attendance will not be given to students who arrive late or leave early.
Information meetings will take place at 55 Whitney Avenue, 3rd Floor. Please see below dates for specific room assignments. |
