Yale ILS
The Yale Internet Law Society was founded in the fall of 1999 by Robert
Dunne, Lecturer and Co-Director of the Yale Center for Internet Studies,
and Lina Tilman, SM '01. In its first month of existence the Society grew
to include a total of 210 members. Today the ILS consists of undergraduates,
graduate students, and members of the Yale faculty. It is governed by the ILS
Board which includes graduate students in Political Science and Yale School of
Management. The Internet Law Society closely works with the YCIS. The
Society's members serve as Undergraduate Fellows of the Center, under its
Coordinators,
Professors Robert Dunne

and David
Gelernter.
