Yale proxy service information
Eligibility
Faculty and staff are eligible, provided that they are using ITS-supported, Yale-owned computers that meet the current ITS standards.
At this time, the Proxy Server settings are being deployed to those departments directly supported by ITS. For more information about the Proxy Server service, please contact ITS Information Security at information.security@yale.edu.
Support
Support will be provided under your current support agreement.

Cost
Currently there is no charge for the proxy server service.
Order or change service
For computers managed by ITS, the proxy server service will be automatically distributed to your machine.
Settings for the proxy server are centrally managed, apply to all browsers, and do not require any desktop configuration. If you cannot reach a website due to the proxy server, contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@yale.edu or 203.432.9000. Issues involving access to sites that are business critical will be given priority.
