YaleConnect system requirements

The YaleConnect email and calendaring service can be used on systems running the Windows operating system with Microsoft Outlook and on systems running the Macintosh operating system with Microsoft Entourage. You can also use the Outlook Web Access service using Internet Explorer or any web browser.

ITS recommends and supports the following configurations:

Windows

Microsoft Windows XP SP3
Microsoft Windows 7 SP1
Microsoft Outlook 2010 SP1
Microsoft Outlook 2007 SP2
Internet Explorer 7 or higher

Macintosh

Macintosh OS 10.5 x or higher OS
Microsoft Outlook 2011
Microsoft Entourage 2008 EWS (Exchange Web Services Edition)

SmartPhones

Blackberry with Blackberry Enterprise Service Plan
iPhone

Smartphone users, please note: Because the volume of data transferred when using these services is potentially very high, we urge Blackberry or Windows Mobile/ActiveSync users to purchase an unlimited data plan.
