Importing email into Apple Mail

1. Unzip the .zip file you previously downloaded to your desktop. This should include a folder called "netid-email.sbd."

2. Go to the File menu and select Import Mailboxes...

3. Check the radio button next to Files in mbox format and click Continue.

4. Navigate to the email folder that you previously unzipped, select the files representing your mail folders individually and click Choose.

5. The imported mail folders can be found in the Import section in the Apple Mail folder list.
