Web Conferencing and Data Collaboration

Web Conferencing

Web conferencing is an enhancement to both audio and video conferencing. It enables participants to view documents at the same time as they are communicating with each other. Participants only need have access to a computer with an Internet connection and a Web browser. ITS Telecommunications provides this service through third party providers.

Data Collaboration

Data collaboration is another enhancement to audio, video and Web conferencing. Participants can view and make changes to documents in real time while participating in either an audio or video conference. Data collaboration enables the sharing of application software. Participants need only access to a computer with an Internet connection, as well as data collaboration software such as MS NetMeeting, and/or a Web browser.
