The Yale Call Center Answering Service provides telephone service after hours, during lunch or unexpected absences. The answering service provides prompt, friendly and efficient service. Video Display Terminals (VDT) automatically display to us your detailed office information, hours, designated answer phrase and personalized instructions. The VDT allows the answering service agent to maintain, log and deliver information and messages. Often, people associate answering services with the medical community. It is true that many of our customers are in the medical areas, however, we also answer for departments like Physical Plant and Hospital custodial services. There are a wide variety of applications for our service beyond the traditional perception of an answering service.
Answering service agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
