Some additional information for the first question. I think
the cause of the problem is that my RedHat box is not accepting
printing requisit from the machine inside my home LAN (with
IP 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255), since we tested again on
another machine (Mac Laser Jet 8, using lpr) and got a similar
problem. However, somehow, when we print from outside (e.g. on
minerva), the RedHat box accept the print job.. We did edit
"hosts.lpd" to put the ip of the machines on. What did I do
wrong?
And once again, thanks in advance :)!
