Yeah, the residential colleges are wired with CAT 5 cable.
Otherwise you wouldn't be able to rewire the jacks to accept
splitters. (Which I have seen done even in Saybrook, oddly enough, even
though all of the multi-room suites should have hubs to begin with.)
