Ordered MkLinux via the bookstore - have just HFS+ volumes and have no
backup storage to restore from, so I cannot use the ftp-ed one /installer
does not recognize mach_servers location/.

Just asking ahead if someone did an install of it before, so if I run into
difficulties next week I can ask for advise.
