Registration
Everyone attending the meeting and its sponsored events must register. Members of the Medieval Academy and students pay a preferential registration fee. Those who wish to attend the March meeting and who are not members of the Medieval Academy are invited to join the Academy before registering. They will benefit from the lower registration fee and will receive the many benefits of membership, including the journal Speculum. Membership forms are available at the Academy website (www.medievalacademy.org) under “Member Information.”
Online registration closes on 4 March. A late registration surcharge applies after 17 February. To register, follow the link at the bottom of this page to the meeting's secure credit-card payment facility.

The registration fee includes receptions, lunch on Friday, continental breakfasts, and coffee breaks. A discounted registration fee is offered to spouses or companions of registrants who will not attend program sessions but wish to participate in social events.
The price of the banquet includes wine, tip, and tax. When registering, be sure to sign up for every event you plan to attend, including those that are free of charge. Attendance numbers are essential for the planning of receptions and other catered events. Owing to catering deadlines, some social events may not be available to those who register after the deadline.
Upon arrival in New Haven, registrants should pick up their meeting packets at the registration desk, which will be open Thursday 12:00-6:00, Friday 8:00-6:00, and Saturday 8:00-1:00, in the foyer of Linsly-Chittenden Hall (63 High Street). Meeting packets will include a campus map and a program detailing locations of all events.
The desk will also accept new registrations, at the late registration rate. Payment may be made by credit card or by check payable to Yale University.
