Destination		Instructions

International		You will need to create an account and register. How to create an account Click on "New Customer-Register Now". Choose the option that you'd prefer. Complete registration. Create shipment & label. Save label as a PDF and email to oiss@yale.edu. Keep label for your records so you are able to track your document. Any problems with making the label, call 1-800-463-3339 and a Fed Ex technical person will assist you.

Domestic (within the U.S.)		Click "Ship." Click "Create Shipment." Create an account (optional) or "Create a one-time credit card shipment." Complete and print label – scan or email the label to oiss@yale.edu. Keep label for your records so you are able to track your document.

International		Click "New User." Click "Create an Account." Click "Create a Shipment." Complete and print label – scan or email the label to oiss@yale.edu. Keep label for your records so you are able to track your document.

Domestic (within the U.S.)		Click "Shipping." Click "Create a Shipment." Click "Ship as Guest" or "Register for an account." Create an account (optional) or "Create a one-time credit card shipment." Complete shipping information. Save label as PDF and email to oiss@yale.edu. Keep label for your records so you are able to track your document. Any problems, call UPS at 1-800-742-5877
