Abigail Borchert

Abigail is the Program Coordinator at the Office of International Students and Scholars.  Her primary responsibilities include welcoming newly arrived students and scholars, coordinating OISS volunteers and community-based programs (Community Friends and One-on-One Conversations), and arranging social and cultural opportunities for the international community.  Abigail graduated from Middlebury College in 2005 with a BA in International Studies and spent a year in Spain as part of her undergraduate coursework.  Prior to joining the OISS team in 2006, she taught English, Spanish, and US History at a folk high school in southern Finland.
