Kelly Shay

Kelly has recently joined the OISS team as the International Student Specialist. She is responsible for assisting in the student employment authorizations and the student document process, including communications required for the issuance of I-20s for newly admitted students. Kelly became interested in the field after spending time abroad during college. She earned her undergraduate degree in Print Journalism from Quinnipiac University and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling & Higher Education from CCSU in May 2011.
