Director of Undergraduate Studies

The Director of Undergraduate Studies for the Political Science Department is Peter A. Swenson, CM Saden Professor of Political Science. Routine questions for the DUS should be directed to the DUS Assistant, Blaine Hudson, at undergrad.polisci@yale.edu.

Professor Swenson's Office Hours are by appointment only in Rosenkranz Hall, Room 132.

During Shopping Period, Professor Swenson will meet with students on 1/10/12 and 1/17/12 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. and from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. each day.

Political Science majors who wish to make an appointment can log onto the Political Science project site on ClassesV2 and select the tab labeled DUS Hours & Sign-up under Navigation Tools. To see all future meetings, check the Expand All Future Meetings tab. Choose the date you would like to sign up for and select the available time slot. Once you have selected a time slot, be sure to add the purpose of the meeting in the Comment field. Non-majors should contact Blaine Hudson at undergrad.polisci@yale.edu to schedule an appointment.

Note to all seniors: You are strongly encouraged to meet with the DUS Assistant to go over your transcript before meeting with the DUS or having your schedules signed.

DUS Assistant Office and Hours
