Professional Interests:
I am most interested in the therapeutic qualities of treatment relationships, for persons receiving or providing support for mental illnesses, addiction problems, and/or cancer-related difficulties. Associated interests within this area include processes of empathy, construction (and reconstruction) of self, symbolic representation, and suitably combining quantitative and qualitative research strategies.
Personal Interests:
I love playing folk and blues guitar, cooking, painting, & clam-digging.
