Recommended Resources on Person-Centered Recovery Planning

Visit the National Consensus Initiative on Person/Family-Centered Planning at: http://www.psych.uic.edu/uicnrtc/cmhs/pfcphome.htm

The purpose of this initiative was to plan and convene a consensus meeting on December 8, 2005 to identify model approaches to individualized, person/family-directed planning. The initiative targeted approaches that facilitate recovery and resiliency for children and adults with mental health problems. Presentations made at this meeting and final papers commissioned for the initiative are now available.

The initiative is sponsored by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS).
