XIX.A.3   Health Insurance

Retired members of the faculty are eligible for University-sponsored and subsidized health insurance. The University's contribution to the cost of retiree health insurance premiums is based upon length of service at Yale and reaches its maximum at thirty years of service. To obtain information on costs and coverages, prospective retirees are encouraged to consult the Benefits Office .
