XVIII.A.3   Federal and State Income Withholding Tax

The University withholds from monthly salary checks an amount in accordance with current federal and state income tax withholding procedures. Withholding allowance forms may be obtained from the department or school administrative office, the Payroll Office, or the Department of Human Resources and returned to the department or school dean's office or directly to the Payroll Office.
