A professional staff of travel agents is available for complex itineraries and may be reached by calling Orbitz for Business toll-free at 877-672-4891. All faculty and staff are automatically registered on the Web site upon employment and may access their respective profiles at http://www.orbitzforbusiness.net/ using their yale.edu e-mail address along with the first-time password "travel". A list of preferred vendors, discounts available, and the Yale policy and procedures for travel can be found on Travel Services' Web site at http://www.yale.edu/ytravel/.

Yale travelers are encouraged to use a Yale University purchasing card to pay for travel expenses. Information on how to obtain a P-card is available through the department's business manager.
