XVIII.N   Yale NetIDs

A Yale NetID and password are required to gain access to the campus network and most University IT services and online resources. The lead administrator in the applicable department or program is responsible for coordinating the assignment of NetIDs to new faculty and staff. The most important NetID maintenance task is choosing and maintaining a strong password that must be changed once per year. For more information see Guide 1610 GD.01, Selecting Good Passwords.
