Nobel Prize winner Sidney Altman, Departments of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and Chemistry, teaches undergraduates as well as graduate students and oversees individual research projects. The Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology has over thirty faculty members working in areas that include biochemistry, molecular biology, cellular and developmental biology, genetics, neurobiology, plant sciences, and biotechnology.
