FAQs
Q: What if my
refrigerator isn't working properly?
A: You
can email our service department at service@campusspec.com
with your concern. You can also place a
service call on-line at https://www.mymicrofridge.com/service.html
or call the ASA Office and explain the
situation. Damage insurance is
also available at an additional cost.
Q: What do I
do with my unit at the end of the
year or if I leave early?
A: All students
will be notified of the end of the
year pick up schedule as we get closer
to the end of the academic year.
If you need to return your unit prior
to the end of the year, you must
contact the ASA Office, asa@yale.edu
so we can make arrangements to pick-up
your unit.
Q: What if I
only want to rent a unit for one
semester?
A:
Units are rented per academic
year. If you need to rent a unit
for a different time frame you will
have to call the Customer Service
department at 1-800-525-7307.
