1. Can I be put in touch with current students who share my interests?

Yes. The best way to handle this is to first contact a professor whose research interests you. That professor will assist you in making contact with students working in that area.

2. If I want to visit the department (as an applicant), when should I arrange my trip?

To help you plan your visit to the Sociology department, please contact the Director of Graduate Studies. You will also find useful information and contact links from the Sociology Department Graduate Program, and the Yale Graduate School.
