Members of the Epsilon Tau chapter have received grants and fellowships to conduct research and study in the United States and abroad, such as the Richard U. Light fellowship (awarded for language study in East Asia) and the John E. Linck & Alanne Headland Linck Fellowship (awarded for an internship or project of personal educational value or humanitarian service to others). Former chapter President Mary Dohrmann ‘10 received the Mary Rees Gilliatt Scholarship for the 2009-2010 year from the Kappa Alpha Theta foundation, which provides approximately 200 scholarships totaling more than $500,000 each year to collegiate and alumnae Thetas for undergraduate and graduate studies.

In 2006, the Epsilon Tau Chapter received the Golden Kite Award at the National Convention, which is the most prestigious award given to a chapter.
