Orbitz Advanced User Training

Yale Travel Services, in conjunction with Orbitz for Business, will offer a
series of “Advanced User” classes for four consecutive weeks,
beginning September 24, 2008.

Classes are open to everyone, and can be attended from the comfort
of your own desk. Please register for the class being held at the
most convenient date and time for you.

In Advanced training, you will learn several new time-saving and relevant tips including: Southwest Airlines flight availability, Frequently-visited locations, Trip Templates and Cloning, Trip synchronization with Outlook calendars and enhanced travel information pages on the site.

To register for one of the training sessions, please use the link below, or the link located on the Yale Travel Services home page (www.yale.edu/travel) under “Advanced Training class”.  Select your preferred date and time from the list and follow the link to complete the registration.

The registration page will prompt you for some basic demographic information, and then send you the login details for the training session you have selected via e-mail.

Directions to register:

  1. Please click register for your preferred date, and wait for the Orbitz for Business page to fully load
  2. On the left hand side, click “Create participant Account” for “InterCall Web Meeting”
  3.  Fill in registration form, creating a user ID and password.

Please note the password requirements
a) Passwords must contain no spaces and be between 4 and 32 characters in length
b) Be case sensitive and contain at least one character from the following three categories:
    1)  upper case alpha characters (A-Z)
    2) lower case alpha characters (a-z)
    3) special characters ( @ $ % & - + . ) ,
    4) numbers (0-9)

After creating an account, an e-mail will be sent to you giving details on how to log in on the day of the class.

Attendance is limited to 50 participants for each class, so sign up today!
