I.      Children’s Week

b.     Pamela Shifman – UNICEF speaker, Dr. Groce still contacting

c.     Children’s Museum – “Best place in the world.” ~Alice Lin

                                               i.     Possible venue for children’s week events

d.     Mr. Ray – confirmed!

                                               i.     Master Holloway of Calhoun decided we could use money from community service fund – Thank you Stephanie!

e.     Tabling – publicize Raffie (Roshan will make facebook group)

f.      Raffie – sell pictures of him for him to sign!

g.     Publicity calendar – Pam

h.     T-shirts – Kristjiana

                                               i.     Have child’s drawing – Stephanie’s younger brother = potential artist

                                             ii.     If child draws outline, could have t-shirt coloring event

i.      Mission Statement – written by Stephanie and Jess

j.      Extra meeting – Friday at 5pm

k.     Invite CASPY kids

l.      Banners – make over Thanksgiving break?

                                               i.     Hang them from rooms since can’t hang from gates anymore due to new campus rules

m.   Lion King – need to buy rights

                                               i.     Dance – even though Branford having Harry Potter thing on Dec. 8?

a.     Think about what expenses we will have for UOFC money

III.  Public Health Coalition – 52 hour dance-a-thon, collaborate with them?

IV. Africa Week – Mulu (World Fellow) speaking about children’s issues

V.   Trick-or-Treat – pick up boxes, bring to meetings

VI. Headstart – Pam

a.     Thursday mornings – teach kindergarteners about music!
