Our lab is devoted to elucidating the architecture and mechanism of macromolecular assemblies using cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) and other biophysical, biochemical techniques. More specifically, we are interested in the biological complexes involved in the RNA degradation, RNA interference pathways, and the cytoskeleton dynamics. |
